We strive on providing our customers with the best level of service possible.
You may return any product for any reason within 5 days of receiving it. The following rules will apply:
1- You will need to contact us in writing to get a return approval
2- Merchandise has to be returned back to us in the exact shape we sent it to you.
3- Merchandise needs to be returned with complete packaging and all accessories that it came with.
4- You will be responsible for the cost to return unwanted merchandise.
5- A replacement could be sent of the same kind if we deem it acceptable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
6- A refund may be issued less a 20% restocking fee.
We understand that things happen during shipping. If an item you bought arrived damaged from transit, you must contact us in writing no later than 5 days of receiving the goods and will be glad to get an insurance claim initiated on your behalf.
We will send you a replacement at no cost to you, upon the completion of the claim investigation. This claim process takes 6 to 14 business days to be completed.
