Owens Corning 703 acoustic insulation also called rigid fiberglass is the #1 material used to build acoustic panels and bass traps.
It is hard enough (rigid) to be easily wrapped without requiring to be framed yet it is very easy to cut if so you wish.

The easiest way to build an attractive acoustic panel is to use 1 to 2 panels of Mineral Wool or Owens Corning 703 and wrap them using our EZ-Wrap acoustic covers.

Place one in every reflection point in your room. Typically the critical reflection points are the 2 spots to the side of each speaker, the ceiling area above the speakers and the opposite wall to the speakers (behind listening area).
We would also recommend that you place more acoustic panels every 2 feet thereafter to get the best absorption possible
